How to export devices list from terrible UI?
I need to get a usable list of my devices that I can actually read. Where to start... - First off the entire top half of the screen is taken up by the useless ports table. I can't imagine anyone...

Here's an example of what Orbi gives you. Orbi is kind of a joke compared to what a top of the line gaming router should be; yet it gives you a much more usable list of devices.
Ironically I have to use this orbi to see my devices because the r-app hardly ever loads on my Nighthawk. Firmware updates, reboots, facotry resets- don't do a damn thing.
I would think that device name, MAC and IP would be the only columns people would sort by!
My use case is that I need to simply get a list of devices by IP on a screen at one time so I can see all my devices. In a modern application where you have 50-100 devices its very easy to loose track of what is what and manage a network efficiently without a master list.
Very few routers can do this but most can let you select the whole screen and export in a tabular format. Even a $20 tplink can do this. The UI on this thing is overengineered by someone who tried to make it look cool and red/black, but with no thought to actual usability.
Recently for example I was trying to track down a firewall popup that reported a SMB brutreforce attempt and listed an IPV6 address. Naturally I needed to see the full list of IPV6 devices on my network to determine if it was local and a known device or not.
Clicking on each listing in the table individually takes way too long. It seems reminiscent of the horrible trend lately to try and port stuff like this to mobile devices when it should never be displayed in such a format. The result is stuff like the awful windows 10 settings app, or the new Logitech G-Hub software which are both abysmal iterations of their windows 7 counterparts.
I will definitely check out the beta! Thank you. Hopefully it will load the r-apps now.

Thanks again for your feedback, we'll be sure to pass this on to the team.
If you go to System information -> Installed Rapps -> Click the three line menu and set retries to 5, this should resolve your issue with Rapps not loading.
Let us know how you get on with the beta and if you have any questions please feel free to let us know.
