How to increase upload speed?

Ok . And when a certain router says it has 1GHZ and 1600 mbps how is that benefiting to my internet speed ? like what is it doing to contribute
1GHz I assume you're talking about CPU in which case it can handle lots of tasks at once. 1600mbps refers to how much the 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi combined can handle. It is not at all indicative of what you might get with the router as you'd need extremely high speeds to max that out.
