uPnP is only needed for one game console online at one time. No PF configurations is needed. DMZ is not recommended. NAT type 2 will be the most you'll seen with the PS behind any external router connected to a ISP Modem that doesn't have a built in router.
- It's likely the Geo-Filter causing a misreading. Put the Geo-Filter device in Spectating Mode then boot up the game - if it is open then it was a misreading and you can enable the filter again and ignore it if it says moderate in future.
