I cant Use Geo Filter or Delete a device

I can't use the Geo Filter option on the latest firmware, so I had to use an old one 1.0.0.52 and this let me use the geo filter but It won't let me turn on the filter mode and when I added a device it won't let me delete that device.

    Are you getting an error when trying to perform these actions? What device/web browser are you using to access the interface to make these changes?
