Im getting connectivity issues with a lot of dos attacks i think that is what is making my internet go off then right back online.

Do a whois lookup on those WAN IP addresses you see.
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.What is the DHCP IP address range set for currently? Try 192.168.1.100 to .200
