Im getting connectivity issues with a lot of dos attacks i think that is what is making my internet go off then right back online.

Do a whois lookup on those WAN IP addresses you see.
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
What is the DHCP IP address range set for currently? Try 192.168.1.100 to .200

when you say "Do a whois lookup on those WAN IP addresses you see" what should I be looking for? I see a lot of information.
1 address is from Moscow and Germany

Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.

Ill have to call ISP after this hurricane is done or sometime this week. Thank you so much for responding back quickly. After my daughter is done doing some homework Ill will restart the network exactly how you typed it.
