Both. When I'm watching videos sometimes my videos will begin buffering and then I'll run a speed test and the connection is non exsistent. Do I need to screenshot anything so you can see if you can diagnose it?

If this issue was present before you upgraded the router and modem and it is still present now then its certainly not the equipment that has an issue. Does it appear to happen at random times or in peak times mainly?
You can try disabling QoS in Anti-Bufferbloats options to see if that helps. Would suggest replacing all the ethernet cables connected to modem/router as well to ensure its not those either.

- Gaines09Aug 02, 2018TutorIt happens at random times and it’s very frequent. These are brand new Ethernet cables. I’ve already swapped those and it’s still happening. I have a feeling it’s the drop to my home but spectrum says otherwise. How do I check to see if the problem is on their end. They keep blaming it on my end.
