Internet Slows Down When Nighthawk Is Plugged In

HELP!!!! When my Nighthawk is up and running, the internet speed is EXTREMELY low. If I run speed test within the router, the numbers are as they should be, but they do not reflect the actual speed. I will then run a speed test through my browser and the numbers will be so low that it does not come within 350mbps of what I pay for.

 

Additional info: When I do not use the Nighthawk, my speeds are where they should be.

    In order to help us narrow down the problem, could you go to QoS, open the anti-bufferbloat side menu, and tick Disable QoS.

     

    Now do another speedtest.
