Is the XR500 correctly showing where the PUBG xbox server truly is.

So latley I have noticed that my XR500 shows that the PUBG NA xbox server is in South Dakota, but in game says S-DAL. What does not make since is that there are not severes in South Dakota or S-DAL (guessing south Dallas). Instead they are in Ohio and virginia. When I close the circle around my location and keep Ohio and Virginia in the circle with me I cannot get into a game. But when I take the circle out to SD I do. Why is this?
