Issue.

My XR500 was working fine I connected a VOIP handset and it was displaying a orange light for the voip handset then all off a sudden it stopped showing on all my devices and router shows a white light...

Disconnect the handset then unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, wait 2 minutes and see if it's back to working again. Then connect the phone again and see if you can reproduce the issue.
