Power OFF the XR router for 10 seconds then back on. The Internet LED should turn WHITE and blink.
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable. CAT6 is recommended.
Press the WiFi button on top of the XR router for 5 seconds then release, do the wifi LEDs turn ON?
