Just bought this today and keep getting the "This Rapp is not loaded yet, please try again in a minute" I have read through many forums on here and have tried all of the solutions that seemed to work...
Sorry to hear you're having this issue, usually a reboot then waiting 4 minutes before accessing will resolve it. Otherwise access routerlogin.net/adv_index.htm or 192.168.1.1/adv_index.htm go to Settings > Administration > Firmware Update and see if there is a new version you can try which may be more stable.
