A workaround for this issue has been found:
Paste the following address into your Chrome address bar and press enter: chrome://flags/#http-auth-committed-interstitials
Change the highlighted setting to Disabled and press Relaunch Now
Now you should be able to log in as normal again

Must be something Chrome have done with their update, I'm sure a lot of companies will have deploy fixes on their side.

Actually I imagine this might affect the routerlogin.net and dumaos/ methods of router access, thanks for the heads up!
