Lost traffic prioritization after update xr500

I updated my router yesterday and since then I’ve lost the traffic prioritization box on the QOS page? Any ideas why? Thanks.

Have you tried a factory reset?

I did reset after firmware update but will try again.

        Give the router a reboot from the interface and then it should load correctly
