Low speeds high ping ethernet and wifi

Is Congestion Control set to Always/Auto/Never? Reset Bandwidth Allocation and test again. Also how do you have Traffic Prioritization setup?

Talking about reset allocation so at the balance of all? I've done that I've also swapped between devices and app one.
I've tried few things for traffic priority I've even set up the advanced ports for cod mw3 to be priority to see if that would help while game just like prot forwarding but no download and upload packets ever on them. - Is there a way to free talk to you such as discord, line, messaging etc. Or call or screen share with team viewer or something with a netduma technical support such as yourself? Without having to pay for the technical support for phone calls etc cause when I first used that I knew more than the person helping me.
Just need help starting from scratch and setting up my whole network at this point it seems have so many issues with my network granted some have been from my isp and my end such as redigging our coax main line and putting in new coax from our box cause ones in our home didn't seem to have right speeds and latency. With everything I've done I am now just stuck on the XR1000 not set up properly for my house hold and the amount of devices we have connected as well as the quality we are trying to get for the gamers in the house hold. TRAFFIC PRIORITY ISNT LOADING RN BUT THIS IS SPEED TEST RN WITH HOW THIS IS SET. KEEP GETTING THE DEVICE ERROR, BUT POSSIBLY BECAUSE IVE RECENTLY BEEN CHANGING BETWEEN ETHERNET AND 5GHZ FOR TESTS/GAMING ETC. HAVE MY NAME FOR BOTH DIFFERENT SO CAN TELL THEM APART FROM ONE ANOTHER WHEN SETTINGS QOS OR GEOFILTER. Netduma-Fraser
With QoS on and Congestion Control set to Always it will always throttle the speeds to the percentages you've set so set it to Auto to only apply when gaming. Yes click reset distribution - gaming doesn't use much bandwidth anyway. We don't do live support or anything like that, just through forums/socials. The live support will have been from NG and not from us who made DumaOS. That error will have happened because you had a device added to Traffic Prioritization that you then deleted from the Device Manager at some point. You'll have to factory reset or re-add the device via the same connection method, give it the same name/device type to clear the error.

getting high ping in game always at 45+ its obviously manageable but anyway to get this to decrease into 10s, 20s, even 30s? I have spectrum and pay for 1Gig download should be at 30 upload.
Apologies just saw this and i had sent last message in caps on accident my bad. I do a lot of times have congestion control set to auto but say im on ethernet would it be slighty different on speeds. I get high ping in my games which dont understand why even when im getting half speeds cause of the congestion control, i know speeds dont play a huge part into your ping but still.
- Ping Heatmap indicates that's the lowest ping to servers that you're able to attain, if you connect directly to your modem what pings do you get to games? That will give you an indication of if it can be lowered any further
