Massive internet speed drop from router to computer

I have used Qos on and with it off seleted to never but speeds are still very slow, I have run a speed test on WIFI and the wifi is getting 100mbps but the wired connnection only 4mbps

PROBLEM FINALLY SOLVED.
After hours of trying to figure out what my issue was.
Windows+X
Device manager
network adapters right click to properties
Advanced
Large send offload V2 (IPv4) disabled
Large send offload V2 (IPv6) disabled
Same screen scrolled down to Speed and Duplex
set value to 1.0 GB FULL DUPLEX
I am running 110mbps now with router. Router was showing 100mbps HALF duplex in the negear router setup. Now issue is fixed and running perfect.
