Doesn't seem to help. My wife was just on a Teams meeting and it kept losing connectivity. I ran a ping test on the IP address being used by her work PC and see that the response is usually less than 5ms but about every 30 pings it jumps to over 400ms for 1 ping, then goes back down to around 4-5ms. Not sure if this is the problem? Any ideas?

Interesting and QoS has been completely disabled there? Make a Traffic Controller rule to allow ALL traffic to the affected device and see if that works

After more research I believe this is an issue specific to my wifes laptop and work environment. Teams works fine with our hope laptop, no drops. Her Teams session drops with a Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client error so I think it's how her company set up the Cisco VPN. She's going to work through her network people and see what they can find out. If anyone in the community has any experience with Cisco AnyConnect and has any ideas please send them along!!!
Thanks for your help Netduma-Fraser!
