Model XR700 Ready Share" T" Drive labeled Ready Share "Y"
When my router was still under the 90 day of purchase from Best Buy,support helped me configure my "T" backup drive to be connected to the USB Ready Share port on my router. It lists it as the "T"drive ready share but has a "Y" in parenthesis. The other drive that I have connected to the routers USB connection just lists it as the "Z" drive with nothing in parenthesis. Why is there a "Y" in parenthesis?

That's Windows Drive Letter assignment for the connected shared USB drive. Windows uses it's own assignment schema to set a drive letter for USB or shared mapped networked drives.
