Could you perhaps try reserving an IP address for each device that's been problematic from the LAN settings? See if that helps with your issue.

Any Idea why the guest networks dont have internet?
Are you able to connect to the Guest network, but just can't get any internet connection through it? Or are you unable to see the Guest network all together?
- I caN Connect fine, just no internet on 2.4 or 5 ghz
What security options do you have configured?
Do you have "Allow guests to see each other and access my local network" enabled?
