My router's power blinking R6700v2

yesterday my router's power adapter got burn or no reason, form then i tried to turn my router bt only power button light blinks , router wont start. i tried to flash the farmware bt unable to do so .. plz help

    Your power adapter "got burn"? What do you mean by this? what actually happened?
