My Xr500 wouter is only putting out 13 mbps download speed and 19 upload please help

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.

What are the speed results with a wired PC or laptop and testing with Ooklas installable speed test app?

    I am currently running the 2.3.2.134 version and I have the cat 6 Ethernet .
