What firmware is on it?
What modem/gateway are you connecting the router to?
What actual speeds do you get if you test them? Not just what you pay for.
What gaming system are you using?
Are you hardwired in or on wireless? If on wireless, are you connecting to the 2.4ghz or the 5ghz?
Is it all games or only certain ones?
