NETGEAR Nighthawk Pro Gaming XR500 stopped working midway through a Zoom meeting
The router unexpectedly stopped working. The power light is blinking white slowly; sometimes, it's just fully red. No other lights are on in any capacity.

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended. Can you access the routers web page at all?
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.Factory reset and setup from scratch with the Router disconnected from everything including the ISP modem.
Press the reset button for 15 seconds then release. Give 2 minutes and see if you can access the routers web page at 192.168.1.1

I can't access the router's webpage.
I have a Motorola MB8600. I've been using the cable that came with the router for the past 3-4 years.
I've tried unplugging for 20 minutes, and replugging to no avail.
I've tried manually uploading firmware through cmd, but the connect request failed.
I just tried the sequence you detailed but that didn't work either sadly.

Last thing to try is a 30-30-30 reset. IF this fails to bring back the XR router to a setup state at 192.168.1.1 then router probably needs to be replaced.
