No worries at all, disable DumaOS Classified Games in Traffic Prioritization for the moment, we can come back to that if needed. Copy the WAN IP from the XR System Information page and enter that in the V Hub DMZ option - likely in Security Settings.
Thank you again. I have disabled DumaOS Classified Games in Traffic Prioritization as instructed. I have also tried to copy & paste the WAN info in the superhub dmz before but on the page, under advanced setting, for some reason the available options are limited compared to before I connected my XR and there was definitely no dmz.
- Could you provide a screenshot of your Superhub interface please? Did you disable modem mode first as you'll need to do that, otherwise some options may not be available.
- Haaa right, no I didnt disable modem mode.
I will do that now and try it again.
Sorry pls, another question, how does using the dmz on the superhub help with the issue and are there any security issues with doing it like this? - In my experience the modem mode on the hub was a little unstable, causing high pings etc, DMZ was more stable. Having it as stable as possible for QoS to then control will be better. It's safe, the XR has its own firewall.
- Thanks again. Ok, let me double check..so change my hub back to router mode, paste the XR WAN IP in the DMZ on the hub and leave it like that. I dont change my hub back to Modem mode?

- Just monitor that now, set Congestion Control to 70% for download and upload while set to Always and see how you get on
