If you connect your PC/Mobile device directly to your ISP router/modem, do you still observe the same behaviour?

I've just tried this and no, the behaviour doesn't apply if connected directly to the ISP's router.
- Have you got your PC added to the Geo-Filter?
No I do not.
- If you type my location into Google search engine does it show correctly? Do it connected direct to the modem as well, do you get a different result?
