Could you please try going to the LAN settings and change the minimum DHCP pool address to be .50.
Then go through the reserve IP addresses for each device that struggles maintaining a connection. Reserve address in the range of .2 to .49. Let us know if they still have troubles.
With regards to the error you're seeing, Could you disconnect the wireless device and remove it from Device Manager. After that, connect it back to the XR normally with wireless password auth instead of WPS. Do you still have the same issue trying to get to the interface?
How are you rebooting the XR, via the button on the back or through the DumaOS interface?
