How exactly did you reset the XR1000, via holding the reset pin on the back for thirty seconds, or through the interface?
Is information in the panels on the right-hand side updating live or is it more a history of previous activity?
- I reset through the reset button on the back of the router. Google chrome was recently updated on my computer would this cause an issue? Yes the panels on the right side are live.
Thanks for your responseOK, and were you prompted to complete the initial setup again after resetting the XR1000?
I don't think the browser update would've caused an issue, though it might be best to clear your cache after the update and reset of the XR1000 as that can cause issues occasionally.
- Yes I ran the full set up as you would when unpacking it from the box.
I’ll try clearing the cache.
