Sounds like it could be a DNS issue, if you change that does the website loading speed up? It may also be worth trying the beta https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51611-new-xr500-beta-firmware-33535/
- When I changed the DNS it didn’t improve anything it’s so intermittent, on second the page won’t load then you reload it and it does sometimes it doesn’t. I changed it from the ISP to Google DNS FYI
- Use 1.1.1.1 & 1.0.0.1 instead that might be better

Possible this maybe a ISP issue. I'd have the ISP have a look into there system up to the ONT.
