What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
What channel configurations are currently set on the router?
Recommend setting the default DHCP IP address pool range to the following after applying and a factory reset: 192.168.#.100 to 192.168.#.200.

LAN Cable is CAT6.
The issue is only since switching to this router. It is temping to just use the ISP router since it never disconnects.
I have set the DHCP range between 50 and 254. Reserved IPs for all devices.
Channel configuration: Smart connect enabled. Channel Auto for 2.4GHZ and 153 for 5GHZ
