Netgear XR500 Speed slower than Modem

No I don't think there are any interferences. It is sitting right in the middle of the home, on the top shelf in an open space. There are no electronic devices in the vicinity, besides the Modem that is around 50cm away from the Router. I have tried switching the channel to a different one but no improvements.
Could you provide a screenshot of the Advanced WiFi settings please? Did you use a WiFi analyzer when you changed channel? It's important to get one that isn't congested.
