Nethawk XR300 slow speed using ONT direct connection
It seems that I have experienced the "100Mb/s" limit problem on WAN PORT. I am using XR300 with PPPoE configuration with fiber ONT directly connected to WAN port. QoS is disabled. IPv6 is disable...

In the Device Manager go to the table view, does it show the WAN port limited to 100Mbps?

It is 1Gb (with or without network switch between ONT and router):
WAN nil nil 1000Mbits
I think debug log also confirms as far as i understand:
==========================Internet IPv4/IPv6 connection debug log==============================
0 days 00:00:36, 1000M/Full
0 days 00:14:40, Link Down
0 days 00:15:11, 1000M/Full

And passing through WAN connection through another router "solves" the situation. Not the solution most people will look for... Why the WAN port is so darn slow when using PPPoE with ONT? Or maybe it is ppp deamon?

It seems that I am not the only one to have this issue. When Netgear will address this?
