Network Keeps Dropping 2.4 GHz (XR1000)
We had a power outage a few days ago, and ever since then, we haven't been able to access our 2.4 GHz network. Our 5 GHz network works fine, and our ISP confirmed that the modem is working as intended...

Good advice above, I would suggest unplugging it from power for at least 10 minutes to let the residual power drain then try again/try the above.
