New - XR1000 Version 2 - Firmware Version 1.1.0.16 Released

NOTE:  This FW is for Version 2 of the XR1000 gaming router line. This version of FW is NOT compatible with hardware Version 1 of the XR1000 router series product line. The label under the router should display a XR1000 v2 or version 2 text information on the label. 

 

Bug Fixes:  01/13/2023

• Fixes the issue where accessing the router web interface might result in a blank page, and the router must restart to recover from this situation.
• Fixes incorrect guest network information on the dashboard.
• Fixes the wrong background color on the progress page for a language pack update.
• Fixes the issue where you are unable to configure the router with a static IP address in AP mode.
• Fixes the issue where the router web interface is not accessible after you enable port forwarding.

• Fixes security vulnerabilities.

NOTE: It's recommended to factory reset and setup from scratch after applying this FW update. 

NOTE: Recommend setting the default DHCP IP address pool range to the following after applying and a factory reset: 192.168.#.100 to 192.168.#.200

Adjust IP range as needed if you have more than 100 devices.
