Hey there all, I've just updated my XR500 with the latest firmaware. Everything is working fine, except the Speed Test. I mean, it's working but it shows weird info. I have more than 700mpbs in download, but in speed test it barely goes to 300/400mpbs. Upload seems fine and pings also looks good. Can someone tell me why it shows almost half of my download speed? I'm not doing anything in the background... All I did was to set QoS on 3500km from my location and 100ms ping, that's all.
PSPatricko I can't see your image yet as it's not been moderated. Are you measuring these speeds through Connection Benchmark or a third-party speedtest? Can you run both and compare the results?
- Everything was on the image, results from speedtest.net and directly from router. On Speedtest.net I'm getting full speed results and in router they are much lower.

es decir, lo has conectado al router de la compañia por la boca 1 del router original???
o bien, has quitado el de la compañia y has puesto el xr500 como principal??
PSPatricko OK thanks for letting me know, that's likely just a case of Connection Benchmark not reporting your speeds properly, I believe we've now got a working patch for this so you can expect that in the next firwmare version. You can still set your speeds in QoS to be what you're actually getting and everything else should function normally for you.
need help my x500 will stop workin wifi & lan port i need to factory reset every 5 or 6 hr cuz it will stop workin? i did the new update and having this problem any fix ?
