Notice that the NH app can't connect remotely to the XR router from outside the local network:
Any settings on the XR web page I can check on?

I checked on this again locally and there is a Remote Management option under Admin. I was not enabled so I enabled it and set it to Everyone. Still can't connect remotely using the NH app. I presume there maybe a problem between the NH app and remote accesss in the FW.

- Netduma-FraserNov 11, 2021NetDuma PartnerLooks like it won’t be possible unfortunately based on the message you got there, you’ll have to be directly connected

I'll see if I can find out if the app is supporting of remote access for XR routers...
- Retired_MemberDec 09, 2021I'm also having issues with internet loss like every few hours I lose Internet even though my connection to the internet is still working because all the lights are blinking without orange the only way to temporarily fix Internet I have to restart the router
- Netduma-FraserDec 09, 2021NetDuma Partner-Kevin_N not that we have been made aware of at this time.
Retired_Member set the DHCP starting range to .50 then give devices reserved IPs between .2 - .49, apply then reboot the router from the interface, wait 2 minutes and see if it is more stable after that. - Retired_MemberDec 09, 2021I have never done that before can you show me where to do that and how to do that
- Netduma-FraserDec 10, 2021NetDuma PartnerRetired_Member go to the LAN Settings page, change the DHCP starting number, then click on Add to do the reservations for devices

I am having exactly the same issues! did you ever find a fix?
- Netduma-FraserDec 11, 2021NetDuma PartnerTry the above and see if that helps

It actually resolved the issue I had with my xr500.

Have you tried the solution of changing the DHCP address pool size and reserving IPs outside of this pool? That appears to be the solution for the majority of users that have this issue.
- Retired_MemberDec 14, 2021Doesn't work I tried
- Netduma-FraserDec 14, 2021NetDuma PartnerCan you provide a screenshot of your LAN Settings page please?
