I recommend that you leave the DHCP IP address pool range set to a smaller range. You don't have to use the default range. I personally never use the factory range on any NG router. Also this provides room for static IP addressed devices as well. I use .100 to .150 as I only have around 30 devices. Plenty of room for additional devices if and when that happens.
We hope so, however don't have that info.

Hi guys still running into problems with my XR500 so am going to revert back to an old software version. By the looks of things version .120 seems to be stable for a few people on here but I cannot seem to find this version on Netgear's website its jumps straight from version 2.3.2.114 to 2.3.2.130. Can anyone provide me a link to .120 software version please?
Also what would be the correct procedure to downgrade to this in terms of factory resetting the router?
Thanks in advance 🙂

.120 is the beta version that can be found here: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Nighthawk-Pro-Gaming-DumaOS-3-0/New-Firmware-v2-3-2-120-XR500/m-p/2071196
Just downgrade like you would normally upgrade, it's usually best to factory reset after but you would likely get the error on the QoS page so don't do it unless necessary
