Test results from a slightly used XR700 from fleabay:
Connected to a CAX80 in modem mode.
I like having come controls over the internal FAN:
These settings keep the fan ON so the router is cooler.
Sliders are at 80% since I'm the only one using the XR700 currently. Not under any stress.
Just gaming with a xbox series X connected to the 5Ghz radio.
One issue I found, RAXE500 won't connect to the XR700 5Ghz radio in wireless bridge mode. Connects fine on the 2.4Ghz radio. Possible XR700 wifi driver outdated and not compatible between the two. I'll check more into this.
Actually found a 60Ghz WiFi USB adatper thats on the way. Will see how this goes though 60Ghz never took off.
