When I boot up the device I get the default wireless networks and I am able to connect to them with the credentials on the sticker on the device but then I do not get an address from DHCP. I tried this from both an Android phone and a Windows laptop. I also directly connected the laptop via Ethernet to the router but I get an auto IP (169.*). So all of this leads me to believe that the DHCP server on the router is not functioning.
The issue seems to go beyond just DHCP, though, since I tried setting static IPs and connecting to 193.168.1.1/192.168.0.1/routerlogin.net but I don't get an HTTP response no matter what, so it also looks like either the default IP address on the device is different or the web server is not functioning correctly.
I tried doing a factory reset (by holding down the factory reset button for at least 7 seconds) and retrying all of the above to no avail so it seems like this is an issue with the device since this should have reset the IP address and the DHCP server according to the manual.
Any ideas?
