What router do you have?
Some support dumaOS 3.0, some don't.You could try starting in the pro-gaming forum for duma OS>
- The latest version has 3.0: https://kb.netgear.com/000064346/XR500-Firmware-Version-2-3-2-130 it should have automatically upgraded for you already
