Night Hawk R7000
Ok so I’m getting internet from my modem but not from my router, I’ve already tried factory resetting the modem, reseting my modem, and still I’m not getting any wifi from my router. Need to turn in homework ASAP

1. Hook you laptop directly to the modem. Submit your homework. Thats key.
2. do you have the R7000 or R6900? your title has one but the signature the other. Firmware on it?
3. Did the wifi button get pushed? If you push and hold if for 2 seconds, does the wifi turn back on?
4. What's the lights on the router doing?
5. You put that you've factory reset/rebooted the modem but did you try any of that with the router?
6. If you hardwire into the router, does it work?
7. What modem model is it?
