Need help getting back on internert

1. what modem are you connected to?
2. firmware on the router?
3. what happened? you put you need help getting back online. are all devices down, just wired device, did the power die, what exactly happened, what have you done to try to fix it, and details of whats going on with the modem and router help us to help you.
