Night Hawk XR500 eithernet not working

Recently picked up a Night Hawk XR500 and none of the eithernet ports are working, No light indcations that a eithernet cable is plugged in. I have the lattest firmware and haven't changed any of the settings.

      So you can only configure the router via WiFi? Try a factory reset by holding down the reset button at the back of the router for 30 seconds and then give it a few minutes but if it doesn't work then definitely sounds like a hardware issue so would agree with Furry.
