Night Hawk XR500 USB can't read or write to anything connected to it

I can see the drives connected to the USB ports connected to the router but I cannot read or write to them. I followed all the instruction in the manual but the part that they say you are done, well it just doesn't work. I tried to use ReadyShare as they said multiple ways and none of my computers reconize ReadyShare.
