• Solid. A powered-on device is connected to the Ethernet port.
• Blinking. The port is sending or receiving traffic.

Tested with all cablesWell if one device reports 1000mb and the others don't, possible connection issue at those devices. I persums you've swapped ports around as well.
I would contact the Mfr of those devices to check on connection rate support...
