Nighthawk Android App
Not sure if this is normal but when I open up the Nighthawk app on my phone and go to Devices it shows all of them by name but under each one it also has UNKNOWN under the name of the connected devic...
Hi, thankis for the response. I have attached a screen shot for you. The firmware for my XR500 is V2.3.2.56
I assume that would show the IP address usually. May be an app bug. Do all the devices have internet and are working normally? If you access the interface is it working correctly?
Yes all the devices have internet and are working normally and yes the interface is working correctly.
- In that case I wouldn't worry about it, it's not affecting anything and is likely an app bug that will be fixed shortly.
