No not specifically unfortunately, the only suggestion I could give for when this happens would be to get a modem/router instead of the EU2251 if possible. Then connect that to a smart plug, have the XR500 on a separate smart plug with both smart plugs connected to the modem/router. That way you could reboot them separately remotely, in which case reboot the modem, wait 2 minutes then reboot the XR500.

I thought of that. I could use the xr500-100nas as an extender then. I was just wondering if you were familiar with this models settings. I thought there might be a setting that would slow down the boot process if that was possible.- There is not unfortunately, sorry to say!
