I Start the Xbox smartglass App & it finds my Xbox,it connectet it for 2 seconds & then it loss the Connection & this Happens over and over again

Which WiFi are you connected to? Try 2.4GHz. Also put your Xbox IP into DMZ in WAN Setup.

Still Not work :/- Turn of the cellular data network on your phone and just have it connected to the wifi, it may be getting confused, does it work then?
- Sorry... still Not working... the same Happens when i Try it with the Laptop... so its Not the mobil data
