Nighthawk XR1000 | This Rapp is not loaded yet, please try again in a minute

Hi,

 

My Nighthawk XR1000 having trouble to access most of the features such as Device Manager and Traffic Controller. The error message is 'This Rapp is not loaded yet, please try again in a minute.' I have run the firmware update check and it says the firmware is all up to date. My current firewire is XR1000 1.0.0.64_1.0.49. What's the fix to this issue..?  

 

I looked up online and it appears this issue has been happening over the years and I am wondering what's the cause of it and if it can be fixed permanently as it's really affecting the users experience😞

    Reboot the router, wait 4 minutes before accessing then try again please, if you can access then: Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.
