So I'd suggest you disable Smart Connect first of all and connect devices manually to 2.4 or 5GHz. Some devices may have trouble switching between them using Smart Connect and could potentially cause that disconnection.
For 5GHz change the mode from 4800 Mbps to 2400 Mbps instead and you should notice an improvement. Also arrange the antennae to look like this _ | | _ as that will give you optimal range/stability.

Smart connect was disabled, I tried it once but had issues of constant switching.
I can try that configuration but I wasn't very far from the Router when ,y phone was having connection issues.
Thoughts on disabling the XR1000 WiFi and just using the Orbi in AP Mode? If this antenna config and 5Ghz doesn't help.

That's certainly something you can try! Let us know how you get on with it all and we then know where to look.

I made the recommended changes, left both WiFi's on and it seems to be running fine.
I do have some other questions:
Why are 90% of the connected Devices listed as "Unnamed"? Do I have to manually rename them all?
And
I don't have this many devices connected, so what could be causing so many to appear? As for LAN, I only have a gaming PC and the Orbi plugged in.
