NightHawk XR300 random reboots

Greetings,

I have an XR300 and within the last 2 months it has started randomly rebooting.

Here are the trouble shooting steps I have performed.

1.  Plugged the XR300 power cable into a different outlet.

2.  Logged into the XR300 as admin and let it check and apply a new firmware version.  Unit is now running the current version of

     the firmware.  Unit rebooted after it applied the new firmware version.

 

Neither of these two steps solved the problem.  Unit still randomly reboots.  In addition there does not

appear to be any entries in the LOG to indicate problems.

 

Would appreciate ideas on how to correct this problem.

    Hey Darryl, thanks for creating a new topic. Could you please confirm if you factory reset the XR since installing the latest firmware? I'd suggest doing so as it clears out a lot of low level code from previous firmware that could cause issues.

     

    Give that a go and let me know how you get on!
